This strap is perfect for my needs, keeping my knees safely together and thereby avoiding bruises from collisions with doorways. The strap fits and has just enough elastic to make it practical and comfortable. Been looking for comfortable trousers for a wheelchair user and this is the best design I have come across.

Being a 75 year old, wheelchair bound, man, I came across this company at the Veine exhibition this year specialized in clothes for wheelchair bound people.
I was very pleased when saw the design of the trousers, this was that I was looking for quite some time.
Overexcited I ordered the wrong type (small fit) trousers and change them for the above.
The Cargo 2.0 pant fit perfectly and it is easier to catheterize due to the possibility to open the front

Not what I expected but it works!

I have been looking for modern designs in adaptive trousers for many years and this is the best I have come across. Very thoughtful design. Openings at side waist and fly front makes them easy to get on.. zips have pulls..longer back with no back seam or pockets. Pockets are easy to reach places for wheelchair user. Delighted with this product will definitely be using again
